Most of our business is quick-ship meaning we are able to ship products to you in as little as 24-48 hrs. Custom rods generally take 3-4 weeks for shipment.
SPECIAL NOTE: Curtain Rods that are less than 104" will ship via UPS or FedEx. Curtain Rods that are 9' to 12' feet will ship via DHL or Burlington Air and will incur additional significant freight charges. Curtain Rods that are over 12' are shipped via Burlington Air and will incur significant additional freight charges. For that reason, we sometimes recommend that tubing be halved and spliced to help reduce the cost of freight. A center support bracket will disguise the resulting seam.
In most cases hardware and tubing are shipped in separate boxes and as a result, may have different arrival time at your location. All hardware should be inspected for damage immediately upon receipt in order to resolve claims with all parties involved.
